Easy Marshmallow Four Layer Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 package (2-layer size) chocolate or yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup multi-colored milk chocolate candies (you know: M&M's!)
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Mix cake mix, butter, and water until blended. Pat into greased 13"x9" baking pan.
  3. Bake 20 to 22 minutes
  4. Layer marshmallows, candies, and peanuts over crust
  5. Bake 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows begin to melt.
  6. Cool, cut into bars

Variation: Substitute 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 cup coconut flakes, and 1/2 cup chopped pecans for the candies and peanuts.
